Pawan Kalyan to step into Saif’s shoes March 31, 2010

The latest to join the race is actor Pawan Kalyan. On Monday afternoon, he launched his next venture which is the remake of the 2009 box office hit, Love Aaj Kal.

Pawan Kalyan will be stepping into the shoes of Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. However, director Jayant C Paranji, clarified that though the crux of the story would remain the same; the script has been modified as to suit the Telugu audience. Hamiduddin D Sayanth, Congress MP Botsa Jhansi Lakshmi,  Narayana Rao Dasari and Allu Aravind among others were also present at the event.

Saif Ali Khan and Deepika Padukone starrer Bollywood film Love Aaj Kal was a big hit all over India. It is heard that Pawan Kalyan had agreed to play the main lead in the film’s remake under the direction of Vijayabhaskar to be produced by popular comedian Ganesh.

Another interesting thing is that Trivikram Srinivas will be penning dialogues for this movie. There were many hit films which came in this combination. However, the producer is making efforts to formally launch the film on March 29, 2010.
